We built this luxury, 20,000 square-foot clubhouse at Firewheel Golf Course with locker rooms, restaurant, and an adjacent 5,000 square-foot cart facility, all while the course was in full operation. The most tedious portion of the project was the excavation process, which entailed re-mediating a landfill that, unbeknownst to all parties involved, was located exactly where the facilities were constructed. |
